The practical details
A pro-grade lead seal costs more and adds bench time, and it does ask for a bit of planning. These heaters are designed for 120 V outlets and need a dedicated circuit—don’t daisy-chain them with other loads. Keep the cord clear of tent fabric and hot surfaces, and always run the heater on a stable, level spot. When the temperature dives, the last thing you want is a heater that bails.
